Renovated apartment with mezzanine on the beach of Port Grimaud

If you want to book an apartment with a sea view close to the beach, this apartment is for you!

This apartment with a large mezzanine is located on the beach and has a balcony with a magnificent view.
The apartment has beautiful spaces and can accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a mezzanine converted into a bedroom with a large 160cm bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom.

The ramp is safe but a bit steep

On the sea side, a balcony with a superb view.
The beach is very close.

A parking space in the resident parking.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.

PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN

Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Loved this cozy apartment

    We absolutely loved this apartment! It was clean and perfectly for us 3 girls. Great location just on the beach! If there’s anything to complain about is that it is quite a long walk from where you can park your car, it’s on the third floor so be ready to walk in some stairs (only 2 but maybe a problem if you’re old) The kitchen had most things except plates so we bought paper plates 👍 We also didn’t get any towels or bedding so we brought our own :)

    Location parfaite tant au niveau de la localisation que du confort du logement. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, il y a tout le nécessaire. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Rien à dire. A recommander +++

    Excellent séjour

    Notre séjour d’une semaine dans cet appartement exceptionnel face à la mer ,joliment décoré dans ses moindres détails nous a procuré une parenthèse de détente et de zénitude. Mathilde qui représente les propriétaires pour assurer l’accueil et le départ était très accueillante et aux petits soins pour nous, avec une grande disponibilité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue du dernier étage de l’immeuble et ses baies vitrées donnant directement sur la plage, mais aussi l’agencement, le confort et la décoration minutieuse de l’appartement ou rien ne manque. Le canapé d’angle face à la grande télévision est très confortable, tout comme la literie de la chambre principale de la mezzanine. Merci encore pour tout
