Charming typical fisherman house close to the facilities of Port Grimaud 1 and the beach.

At the entrance, a little garden perfect to park the bicycles.

On three levels it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a bright living-room and a separate kitchen
- on the 1st floor: one bedroom with a large bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower-room and separate toilets
- on the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a large bed and a balcony, one bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a bathroom.

Additional information:

  • The bed linen and towels will be delivered in packages for the number of people planned at the booking ( Only from 11/06/2022 until 30/09/2022) . Possibility to make beds in addition.
  • No change of linen and towels will be provided during the stay except if you asked for it at least 2 weeks in advance. (subject to charges)
  • No additional linen package will be provided less than 2 weeks before the arrival.
  • Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
  • The final cleaning is not included but can be done in addition.
  • The payment of resort fees will be requested (4,62€/ adult/ day)
  • No animals, (except with the written agreement of the agency).
  • Contract to send back with your signature to the agency. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
  • A deposit via credit card requested upon arrival.
  • Opening hours of the agency : 9.00am – 12.30 and 3.00 to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
