A lovely apartment that accomodates up to 5 people
This studio apartment with a large mezzanine is located on the main place in Port Grimaud South.
Being on the top floor of a building with a lift, it has a beautiful view both on the canal and the surrounding hills.
It is composed of an entrance with cupboards, a living-room with a sofa-bed and a well-furnished open-plan kitchen, a shower-room and separate toilets.
On the upper level, the mezzanine is oraganized into 2 sleeping spaces: part of it with a single bed is open onto the living-room and the other part with a double bed is closed with a door.
WIFI
On the canal side, a lovely cosy loggia to enjoy the view while having a drink at sunset.
A private parking space.
A cosy apartment where everyone will find his own space.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 10 june 2023 to 30 september 2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.
PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN
Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

a partire dalla gentilezza di Mathilde, le tre settimane trascorse a Port Grimaud sono state perfette. L'appartamento perfetto per due persone, pulitissimo e organizzatissimo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno
