Upon entering this mezzanine studio, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home.

Next to it is a modern bathroom with WC, functional and well-designed.

The living area, flooded with light thanks to high ceilings, offers a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the unobstructed sea view from the charming balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif.

Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, providing an intimate and comfortable space for restful nights.

Please note: the apartment has air conditioning, Internet, and a parking space in the residents’ lot.

This studio combines functionality, brightness, and stunning sea views, ideal for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy Port Grimaud in a cozy and welcoming setting.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.

Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking. Bed-making service available at an extra charge.
No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service).
No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
An additional fee applies for any extra guest.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included optional cleaning service available.
Tourist tax to be paid separately.
Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency).
The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).
