Very nice 3-room apartment completely renovated in Port Grimaud South.
Located near the beach (1 minute walk from the private beach of Port Grimaud Sud), it also offers a superb view of the canals.

It consists of a bright living room with open fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom. A bathroom with Italian shower WC.
The washing machine is also dryer.

On the canal side, a large balcony perfect for having lunch for 4 people while enjoying the view of the port entrance

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.

PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN

Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Ca frôle l’excellence

    ce n’est pas la première fois que nous passons par l’agence Boutemy pour de la location sur Port Grimaud, et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait du service. Concernant le logement, un vrai bonheur, un superbe emplacement et une vue imprenable. Le seul petit bémol la climatisation qui semble sous dimensionner par rapport à la surface.

    Super Urlaub und für den Mistral kann man nichts!

    Es lohnt sich, guter Ausblick und ruhige Lage. Mit eigenen Boot noch besser! Es hast einen eigenen Liegeplatz.
