Thanks to its 2 terraces, you will enjoy the sun all day long.

A the entrance, a little gate leads to a terrace that will be sunny at breakfast time.
On the canal side, a nice terrace with a barrier that will be sunny from lunch time until sunset.

On the ground floor, a large living-room with an open-plan kitchen.
On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed on the canal side with a balcony and a beautiful view on the canal, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a third small bedroom with a sofa-bed, a shower-room and separate toilets.
On the top floor, a very large master bedroom and a bathroom with toilets.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 10 june 2023 to 30 september 2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided.

PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN

Further information :
• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)

    Avec les années chaudes que nous connaissons tous les ans, cette maison a vraiment besoin d'être climatisée, au moins pour les chambres. En effet, nous avons eu des nuits difficiles à cause de la chaelur et du bruit lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres.

    Mon fils adolescent et moi avons séjourné ici à la fin de ses examens pour une pause paisible et c'était absolument tout ce que nous voulions dans une pause ! Nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir et nous le recommanderons à 100 % à d'autres ! Merci Mathilde!

    Bel emplacement

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Boutemy Immobilier Le logement est très bien situé et la place de parking est un réel plus. Une fois garé tout est facilement accessible à pieds. La vue de la terrasse sur les canaux est très agréable et le logement est très fonctionnel !
