On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living room, and two pleasant terraces, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. A separate toilet completes this level.

The first floor features two double bedrooms with 140 cm beds, one of which has a furnished balcony offering lovely views over the canals of Port Grimaud. You will also find a shower room with toilet.

On the second floor, a double bedroom with a private balcony awaits you, along with its own shower room with toilet.

Boating enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the private 14-meter mooring, ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to the fullest.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included for all bookings confirmed and fully paid at least 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, linen is not provided. Please specify the number of beds required so that the appropriate linen can be prepared.

-Linen is delivered in packs according to the number of guests; bed-making service available at an additional cost
-Linen change service available upon request at least 2 weeks in advance (additional charge applies)
