Sleeping areas spread over two separate floors
First side of the house:
-Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm), air conditioning, dressing room, en-suite shower room with WC, and small balcony.
-Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm), air-conditioned, with en-suite shower room.
A separate toilet is also available on this floor.
Second side of the house:
-Bedroom 3: double bed (160 cm), air-conditioned, street-facing.
-Bedroom 4: double bed (160 cm), air-conditioned, with canal view. A bathroom with WC is available for these two rooms.
-Bedroom 5 (master suite): spacious and air-conditioned, with balcony, canal view, en-suite bathroom, and WC.
A large landscaped garden surrounds the house, featuring a private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
An outdoor storage room is available for beach equipment or other belongings.
