The apartment includes:

A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights.

A second bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children.

A modern bathroom with WC, functional and well-designed.

Please note: The apartment is not air-conditioned, offers high-speed Wi-Fi, and includes a numbered parking space for added comfort and convenience.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided that the booking has been confirmed and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.

PLEASE LET US KNOW THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED SO WE CAN PREPARE THE LINEN ACCORDINGLY

Additional information:
• Bed linen is delivered in packs based on the number of guests stated at the time of booking. Bed-making service available at extra cost.
• No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (extra charge applies).
• No additional linen packs can be supplied less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Extra charges apply for additional guests.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning service available at extra cost.
• Tourist tax to be paid separately.
• Pets not allowed (unless approved in writing by the agency).
• The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
• Security deposit by pre-authorization on credit card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays only from May to September).
